against George for maintenance arrearages. After our review, we affirm as to the appeal and as to the cross-appeal. Pat and George were divorced by a decree entered on October 30, 1989. The decree incorporated by reference the parties' "Property Settlement Agreement," which was read into the record on October 16, 1989. Their Agreement provided that George was to pay Pat $700.00 per month as maintenance
