MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT AFFIRMING A Knox Circuit Court jury found Appellant, Curtis Hall, guilty of thirddegree burglary, attempted, theft by unlawful taking (less than $500), and being a first-degree persistent felony offender (PFO). For these crimes, Appellant received a total sentence of twenty years in prison. He now appeals as a matter of right, Ky. Const.
