CLADDIE SAVAGE D/B/A PINEY WOODS GAME CLUB AND ARK-LA-TEX GAME CLUB, INC. v. STEVE PRATOR, SHERIFF OF CADDO PARISH AND THE CADDO PARISH COMMISSION (Parish of Caddo) Accordingly, we reverse the rulings of the lower courts, vacate the preliminary injunction, and remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion. REVERSED; INJUNCTION VACATED; REMANDED TO DISTRICT COURT.
