TARRIAL BROOKS AND GREGORY JACKSON (Parish of Orleans) (Attempted Second Degree Murder; Armed Robbery With a Firearm) Following an independent review of the entire record, and considering the arguments of counsel, we find no error in the rulings of the lower courts. Our grant of the writ application was therefore improvident and we now recall that order. WRIT RECALLED; RULING OF THE TRIAL COURT AFFIRMED.
