Upon review of the findings and reco mmendations of the hearing committee and the d isciplinary board, and considering the record , briefs, and oral argument, it is ordered that Adam F. Hutton, Louisiana Bar Roll number 25718, be and he hereby is disbarred. His name shall be stricken from the roll of a ttorneys and his license to practice law in the State of Louisiana shall be revoked.
