Baton Rouge) For the foregoing reasons, the court of appeal's judgment confirming the NAF arbitral award is reversed and vacated, and judgment on the petition to confirm is entered in favor of defendant William Weaver. REVERSED AND RENDERED. GUIDRY, J., dissents and assigns reasons.
