For the above-stated reasons, we find there is no genuine issueof material fact and judgment for defendants should be entered asa matter of law. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is herebyreversed, and the judgment of the District Court is reinstated.REVERSED; DISTRICT COURT JUDGMENT REINSTATED.
