STATE OF LOUISIANA v. GERALD CHINN (Parish of E. Baton Rouge) (3 Counts Attempted First Degree Murder; 1 Count Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property)
For the reasons assigned, the ruling of the court of appeal is reversed and the ruling of the district court permitting defendant to waive his right to a trial by jury is reinstated. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
