BY WEIMER, J.: 2011-O -2243 IN RE: JUSTICE OF THE PEACE HERBERT G. WILLIAMS, JR. PARISH OF PLAQUEMINES, WARD 2 STATE OF LOUISIANA For the reasons assigned, it is ordered that Justice of the Peace Herbert G. Williams, Jr., be publicly censured for violating Canons 1, 2(A), 2(B), 3(A)(1), and 3(B)(1) of the Code of Judicial Conduct. It is further ordered that Justice of the Peace Herbert G. Williams, Jr., reimburse the Judiciary Commission of Louisiana $1,657.56 in costs. VICTORY, J., dissents and would impose a harsher sanction.
