Mansour, Judge JOHNSON, Justice* On July 19, 1994, after three days of voir dire and a fiveday trial, a Rapides Parish jury found defendant guilty of two counts of first degree murder in violation of La. R.S. 14:30. Two days later, the jury unanimously recommended that a sentence of death be imposed on defendant. The trial judge sentenced

defendant to death in accordance with the jury's recommendation. On direct appeal to this court, defendant relies on thirty seven assignments of error for reversal of his conviction and sentence, five of which have been briefed.1 Finding no error,

we affirm defendant's conviction and sentence.
