This matter comes before the court on the recommendation of the Judiciary Commission of Louisiana that Respondent, Judge Frank A. Marullo, Jr., of the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, be publicly censured and ordered to reimburse to the Judiciary Commission the costs incurred in the investigation and prosecution of this case. The Judiciary Commission conducted an investigatory hearing, made findings of fact and law, and determined that Respondent violated Canon 2B of the Code of Judicial Conduct and engaged in public conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice that brings the judicial office into disrepute.
