The Court previously denied Dairyland Insurance Company's motion for reconsideration of the Court's opinion in Hall v. Patriot Mutual Insurance Co. et al., 2007 ME 104, except on the issue of whether Carla Hall's Dairyland policy permits recovery only up to the "each person" amount of $50,000. Upon reconsideration, it is hereby ORDERED that the opinion will be reissued to state that only $50,000 may be available pursuant to Carla Hall's Dairyland policy.
