ORDER REGARDING EQUITABLE RELIEF SINGAL, District Judge Before the Court is Plaintiff David Bishop's Motion for Equitable Relief (Docket #58), in which Plaintiff requests an award of back pay, prejudgment interest and injunctive relief. For the reasons discussed below, the Court DENIES in part and GRANTS in part Plaintiff's Motion.
