REPORT AND RECOMMENDED DECISION 1

This Social Security Disability ("SSD") appeal raises the question of whether the commissioner supportably found the plaintiff, who alleges that she was disabled as of December 31, 2000, by fibromyalgia with hip and sacroiliac pain, sciatica, and migraine headaches, capable as of that date of performing work existing in significant numbers in the national economy.
