REPORT AND RECOMMENDED DECISION1 This Supplemental Security Income ("SSI) appeal raises three issues: whether the administrative law judge was required to issue the subpoena requested by the plaintiff, whether the administrative law judges evaluation of the plaintiffs credibility is supported by substantial evidence, and whether the administrative law judges conclusion that there were jobs that existed in significant numbers in the national economy that the plaintiff could perform is supported by substantial evidence. I recommend that the court affirm the commissioners decision. In accordance with the commissioners sequential evaluation process, 20 C.F.R.
