Uehlinger, to disbar the Respondent from the practice of law. The Court having considered this Petition, it is this 2 nd day of February, 2005 ORDERED, that Responden t, Richard H. Keller, be, and he is hereby disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Maryland. It is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of this Court shall remove the name of Richard H. Keller from the register of attorneys in the Court, and shall certify that fact to the Client Protection Fu nd of the Ba r of Maryland and all Clerk s of all judicial tribu nals in this S tate in accordance with M aryland Rule 16 -773(d).
