PER CURIAM ORDER
While an attorney disciplinary action was pending before the Court in the above entitled case, the Respondent instituted an action in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland seeking to remove the case to that Court. This Court, thereafter, issued an opinion and ordered that the Respondent be disbarred from the practice of law in Maryland. Subsequently, this Court issued two separate orders staying the disbarment and sealing the disbarment opinion and order. Eventually, the United States District Court decided that there was no basis for removal under 28 U.S.C.
