MEMORANDUM OPINION This action arises out of a complaint filed by Andy Hill ("Plaintiff" or "Hill") against Verizon Maryland, Inc. ("Defendant" or "Verizon").1 The complaint alleges that Defendant wrongfully discriminated against Plaintiff on the basis of an actual or perceived disability, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"). Pending before this Court is Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. (Paper No. 14.) Defendant argues that it is entitled to Summary Judgment as a matter of law because Mr. Hill does not qualify as disabled under the ADA, and cannot otherwise establish a prima facie case of disability discrimination. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
