MEMORANDUM Barbara Murchison ("Plaintiff") filed an amended complaint against Defendant Michael J. Astrue, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("SSA"), for declaratory and injunctive relief and for money damages under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Rehabilitation Act.
