MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Plaintiff Kimberly Ann Campbell ("Kimberly") was injured when she was crossing a street in Ocean City, Maryland and was struck by an automobile being driven by defendant Stephen L. Cocoros. Joined by her husband, Jeffrey Campbell, Kimberly has

here sued Stephen Cocoros and also Nicholas Cocoros, who is the owner of the automobile. She is here seeking compensatory

damages for the personal injuries sustained by her and also damages for loss of consortium. This civil action was
