MEMORANDUM OPINION This case was instituted by Christina Jordan against her former employer and supervisors on December 22, 2006. At the conclusion of discovery, Plaintiff made a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and the Defendants made a Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons that follow, Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment shall be denied and Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment shall be granted by a separate order.
