("FedEx Kinko's"), alleging gratuitous bailment (Count II), trespass to chattels or trover and conversion (Count III), and defamation or false light (Count IV) for destroying a personal document she left at a FedEx Kinko's facility.1 Defendant has moved to dismiss plaintiff's complaint in its entirety. Defendant's motion will be granted. I. The facts alleged in plaintiff's complaint are as follows. At around 6:30 p.m. on January 15, 2007, Gallardo and her daughter, Adriana Gallardo ("Adriana"), went to a FedEx Kinko's store in Salisbury, Maryland to photocopy Gallardo's I-551 alien registration document ("Green Card"), which indicates her status as a lawful permanent resident of the United States.
