("FedEx Kinko's"), alleging gratuitous bailment (Count II), trespass to chattels or trover and conversion (Count III), and defamation or false light (Count IV) for destroying a personal document she left at a FedEx Kinko's facility.1 Defendant has moved to dismiss plaintiff's complaint in its entirety. Defendant's motion will be granted. I. The facts alleged in plaintiff's complaint are as follows.
