For the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum, it is, this 25thday of August 2008 ORDERED 1. Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration is denied; 2. Defendant's motion to amend the court's July 8, 2008 order is granted; 3. Plaintiff must pay defendant $2,000 for attorneys' fees incurred by defendant in connection with this dispute; and 4. If plaintiff fails to pay the attorneys' fees awarded by this order on or before September 3, 2008, this action will be dismissed with prejudice.
