For the following reasons, the

court will deny the motion to dismiss, grant Plaintiff's motion to strike, and grant Plaintiff's motion for leave to amend the complaint. I. Background

According to both Plaintiff's and Defendant's papers, "STS Loan & Management, Inc." and "RAM Partners, Inc." are different names for the same corporation. See Papers 1, 9. The corporation currently known as STS Loan & Management, Inc. was operating under the corporate name RAM Partners, Inc. at the time of the events giving rise to this suit. See id.
