injured after leaving a Hardee's Restaurant ("the Restaurant") located in Princess Anne, Maryland. In this civil action, Gregory

has sued the present and former owner of the Restaurant seeking injunctive relief and compensatory damages. Suit has been brought under the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.
