Faculty Counsel and, later, appointed to serve on the Faculty Counsel's Bylaws Committee. As a member of the Bylaws

Committee, Plaintiff advocated for several structural changes that were, allegedly, unpopular with the Nursing School administration. Plaintiff further alleges that, as a result

of her activity on the Bylaws Committee, Defendant and various other Nursing School administrators conspired to deprive her of various constitutional rights. 1 Specifically, Plaintiff
