complaint (paper no. 23), BE, and the same hereby IS, DENIED as follows: a. RENEWAL as Leave to amend is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO to counts three (malicious interference), six

(wrongful discharge), and seven (race discrimination), provided that any proposed amendment complies with the pleading

requirements of those claims as set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion; any such motion must be filed no later than April 18, 2005;

Leave to amend is DENIED WITH PREJUDICE as to the

remaining claims: counts one (retaliation), two (retaliation), four (breach of contract), and five (fraud); and 3. The Clerk will transmit copies of the Memorandum Opinion and this Order to counsel for the parties.
