MEMORANDUM OPINION Kareen Hill, plaintiff, has filed suit against several defendants: Abercrombie and Fitch ("A&F") and unnamed employees of A&F; General Growth Properties, Inc. ("GGP"); IPC International Corporation ("IPC"); Lieutenant Kenney ("Lt. Kenney"1), an employee of IPC; and an unnamed employee of IPC. See "Complaint For Civil Rights Violations, Invasion Of Privacy, Violation Of Maryland Declaration Of Rights, And Defamation" ("Complaint," ECF 1). The events undergirding the Complaint occurred on June 26, 2009, at a shopping mall known as the Towson Town Center (the "Mall"), located in Towson, Maryland, and began when an A&F employee notified the Mall's security that plaintiff "was likely stealing." Id.
