Plaintiff's claims for discriminatory denial of promotion, denial of rights, and discriminatory discharge based on gender and national origin BE, and the same hereby ARE, DISMISSED; 5. Defendant's motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56 BE, and the same hereby IS, GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff's hostile work environment and retaliation claims;

6. JUDGMENT BE, and the same hereby IS, ENTERED in favor of Defendant Richard A. Meserve, Chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Agency, and against Plaintiff Susan Khoury with respect to

Plaintiff's hostile work environment and retaliatory discharge claims; and 7. The Clerk will transmit copies of the Memorandum Opinion and this Order to counsel for the parties and CLOSE this case.
