MEMORANDUM OPINION Myra Knowlton ("Plaintiff" or "Knowlton") has brought this breach of contract claim against American Airlines, Inc. ("Defendant" or "AA") because she contends that she was not provided a free breakfast as promised on an American Airlines flight in November of 2005. On March 3, 2006, she filed a one-count complaint in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County on behalf of herself and similarly situated persons whom she also contends were denied a free breakfast. On March 31, 2006, Defendant removed the case to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
