MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Leonard A. Lyles ("Lyles") worked as a car shuttler for Alamo Rent-a-Car, Inc. ("Alamo") for less than a month in August and September of 1999. Lyles had been referred to Alamo by On

Allines, Inc. ("Allines"), a temporary placement agency. September 11, 1999, plaintiff Lyles was fired by Alamo.
