MEMORANDUM The plaintiff, M. Callie Hoffman, is a 62-year-old devout Christian woman. She brought this suit against her former employer, Lincoln Life and Annuity Distributors, Inc., ("Lincoln") and her former supervisors, George L. Buckless, Jr. ("Buckless") and Jeffrey W. Lang, Sr. ("Lang"). Hoffman alleges a host of employment discrimination and retaliation claims against Lincoln: hostile environment discrimination based on gender, religion and age, as well as retaliatory adverse employment actions; and discriminatory and/or retaliatory termination of employment on like bases, all in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.
