ORDER Upon consideration of Defendant's Post-Remand Motion To Dismiss [Paper No. 24], Plaintiff's Opposition thereto, Defendant's Reply, the oral arguments by counsel, the record, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, it is this 16th day of May, 2008, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, hereby ORDERED that Defendant's Post-Remand Motion to Dismiss [Paper No. 24] is GRANTED, and it is further ORDERED that judgment for costs be entered in favor of the Defendant, and it is further ORDERED that the clerk's office is directed to close this case.
