("Millennium") and Cristal Inorganic  Chemicals, Ltd. ("Cristal") (collectively "plaintiffs") brought suit for declaratory relief, breach of  contract, and bad faith for wrongful denial of insurance coverage against its insurers,  defendants National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa. ("National Union") and ACE  American Insurance Co. ("ACE") (collectively "defendants"), and against insurance broker Marsh  USA, Inc. ("Marsh").1  Now pending before the court is National Union and ACE's motion to  dismiss under the doctrine of forum non conveniens and because the action is premature.  No  oral argument is necessary.  Local Rule 105.6 (D. Md. 2008).  For the following reasons, the  motion to dismiss will be denied.  BACKGROUND    Plaintiffs commenced this action against their insurers, National Union and ACE, and
