MEMORANDUM Plaintiff, Novella Nichols ("Nichols"), formerly a tenured middle school teacher, has brought this action against her former employer, Harford County Board of Education ("defendant"), the superintendent of schools for Harford County, Jacqueline Haas, former assistant superintendent for human resources, Kathleen Eng, former school principal, Marilyn Owen, and former deputy superintendent, Bob Williams.
