MEMORANDUM On October 19, 2000, this case was referred to the undersigned for resolution of all discovery disputes (Paper No. 21). Pending before the Court is Defendant's Motion to Strike, or, in the Alternative, to Compel Plaintiff to Submit to a Mental Examination (Paper No. 35). I have considered the parties' submissions. No hearing is necessary. See D. MD. R. 105.6. For the reasons set forth below, I deny Defendant's Motion to Strike, or, in the Alternative, to Compel Plaintiff to Submit to a Mental Examination. A separate Order will issue. Facts Plaintiff brought this action against her employer for discriminatory discharge in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and for retaliation under 18 U.S.C.
