Preview:IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF MARYLAND REBECCA MURRAY * * v. * Civil No. JFM-08-353 * MILTON TELLINGTON & AGENCY, * ET AL. * ***** MEMORANDUM

Plaintiff has instituted this pro se action, arising from the death of her son, against various defendants. One of the defendants has filed a motion to dismiss. After being advised of the consequences of a failure to do so, plaintiff has not responded to the motion. One of the grounds asserted in the pending motion to dismiss is that plaintiff's action is barred by limitations in that the events upon which plaintiff's claims are based occurred more than three years before she filed suit. Plaintiff's claims are governed by Maryland's general three-year statute of limitations. See Maryland Code Ann., Cts. & Jud. Proc.
