For the reasons stated in the accompanying Opinion, it is, this 26th day of January, 2009, ORDERED: 1. Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings on Plaintiffs' first, second, and fourth causes of action is granted; 2. Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings on Plaintiffs' third and fifth causes of action is granted as to UMBC's Codes of Conduct, but denied as to UMBC's Policy on Facilities Use; 3. 4. Plaintiffs' motion to amend the complaint is granted; and Defendants' motion for protective order is granted.
