[Paper No. 23], the response and reply thereto, the arguments of counsel presented at the hearing conducted before the undersigned on September 24, 2007, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum opinion, it is this 14th day of March, 2008, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, ORDERED, that the Motion for Summary Judgment on Behalf of Defendant Smithfield Packing Co., Inc. [Paper No. 23] is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED, that judgment for costs be entered in favor of the Defendant Smithfield Packing Co., Inc.; and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court CLOSE THIS CASE.
