MEMORANDUM Plaintiff Rose Weistock, individually and as the personal representative of the Estate of Harvey Weistock, brought this action against defendants Dr. Robert Levin and Midwestern Regional Medical Center ("Midwestern") for negligence and wrongful death. Now pending before the court is defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(2). The plaintiff filed an opposition or, in the alternative, a motion to transfer venue. For the reasons stated below, the case will be transferred to the Northern District of Illinois.
