ORDER Upon consideration of Defendant's Motion to Dismiss [Paper No. 8], the opposition thereto, the arguments of counsel for the parties at a hearing held before the undersigned on October 25, 2004, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, it is, this 15th day of February, 2005, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, ORDERED, that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss [Paper No. 8] is GRANTED ; and it is further ORDERED , that Plaintiffs are granted thirty (30) days to file an Amended Complaint in conformity with the accompanying Memorandum Opinion.
