ORDER Upon consideration of the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint or, in the Alternative, for a More Definite Statement [Paper No. 7], it is this 7th day of January, 2009, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, ORDERED that the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint [Paper No. 7] is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED that the First Amended Complaint [Paper No. 6] is DISMISSED; and it is further ORDERED that judgment for costs in favor of all Defendants is entered; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to CLOSE the case.
