("Store 251"); 2) 5937 Central Avenue, Capital Heights, Maryland ("Store 252"); 3) 5247 Marlboro Pike, Capital Heights, Maryland ("Store 253"); and 4) 5001 Marlboro Pike, Capital Heights, Maryland ("Store 254") (collectively the "Stores"). $2,750,000.
