BACKGROUND Plaintiffs in these consolidated cases, The Legend Night

Club ("The Legend") and International Nite Life Enterprises,

Inc. ("The Classics") operate establishments in Prince George=s County, Maryland ("P.G. County") that sell alcoholic beverages and present "adult entertainment" (including exotic dancing). Plaintiffs seek to have the Court declare unconstitutional statutory provisions that would, if enforced, require revocation of their liquor licenses if they provide such "adult entertainment." Md.
