ORDER The Court's Memorandum Opinion dated March 16, 2009 [Paper No. 392], contained two inadvertent typographical errors. Accordingly, it is this 19th day of March, 2009, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, ORDERED, that the Court's Memorandum Opinion [Paper No. 392] is AMENDED as follows, with the alterations noted: On page 8, in the first paragraph of Section I.A(1), sentences six and seven should read as follows: A fertilized egg contains 23 pairs of chromosomes, with one member of each pair being contributed by the mother and father, respectively. Each cell contains exact duplicates of the 46 chromosomes from the fertilized parent cell.
