summary enforcement of the administrative subpoena duces tecum (Paper 1) BE, and the same hereby IS, GRANTED; 2. Within 14 days, Respondent Vaughn Clarke shall fully

comply with the terms of the subpoena by appearing before a duly authorized designee of the OFHEO and producing all books,

documents, and other materials in accordance with the subpoena; 3. The motion to strike (paper no. 16) BE, and the same

hereby IS, DENIED as moot; 4. The motion to seal exhibit (paper no. 13) BE, and the

same hereby IS, GRANTED; and 5. The clerk will transmit copies of the Memorandum Opinion and this Order to counsel for the parties, and CLOSE this case.
