ORDER Defendant Lenny Lyle Cain having filed a Motion to Suppress Statements, Admissions and Confessions (Paper No. 43), the Court having conducted a hearing on June 1, 2007, and having considered testimony and legal argument, and for the reasons stated in the foregoing Memorandum Opinion filed herewith; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED this 12th day of June 2007, that Defendant's Motion to Suppress Statements is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Specifically, it is denied with respect to any statements made prior to his Initial Appearance before Magistrate Judge Bredar and granted with respect to any statements made after said appearance.
