Policy No. AUTU000676 is valid and enforceable, and that Valley Forge has breached its obligation to pay to Shelly Liebowitz the

$2,000,000 death benefit thereunder; 5. Judgment BE, and the same hereby IS, ENTERED in favor of Ms. Liebowitz and against Valley Forge on the breach of contract claim in the amount of $2,000,000 in compensatory damages and pre-judgment interest at 6% accruing between September 6, 2002 and the date of final judgment; 6.
