Marjorie A. Gaskins appeals from an order by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City that granted Marshall Craft Associates, Inc.'s (Marshall) Motion to Dismiss Gaskins's civil complaint without leave to amend. Gaskins filed a two count complaint against

Marshall for damages stemming from an alleged violation of the Maryland Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,1 and a claim of wrongful discharge. Gaskins presents the following questions for our
