In her complaint, filed in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Kathleen Gasper, appellant, alleged employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, negligent hiring, and other related counts.1 Appellees, defendants below, are Ruffin Hotel Corporation of Maryland ("Ruffin") and Imran Ahmed.2 In her timely appeal, Gasper raises three questions for our review, which, as rephrased, are:3
